The Deadbeat Dad Myth

While this wench takes the stance that all divorced dads are being completely shafted — which is bullshit, but I do agree some serious male shafting is going on in the court system — she does raise an interesting point:

The main benefactor is the child support agency who takes a 2% cut out of every child support check for as long as the child is in the system.
Oh, they didn’t tell you about that?

Which is it? You think it’s bullshit or you agree? They are mutually exclusive.

Not a dude? Damn. A quick look at the “about” page on the site does say it’s a woman, so I stand corrected on that count.

She writes like a drunken sailor on shore leave, though… maybe it’s a dude writing as a woman. It IS the internet, after all.

As for the shafting, you’re right, my words were ambiguous. I have changed the wording to say “this wench takes the stance that all divorced dads are being completely shafted — which is bullshit, but I do agree some serious male shafting is going on in the court system…”.
