From big laughs to no laughs in such a short time period. I still watch it half-heartedly, hoping they find their spark again, but it hasn't returned. Thompkins show. There used to be huge laughs, and in the space of one off-season it went to zero laughs. I was appalled when I watched the first episode this season and didn't laugh once. NOT ONCE! Even Chuck Nice's Sizzler was lame, and it hasn't improved. This is why I think they canned their writers, though I haven't looked into it. I used to look forward to watching Best Week Ever, but now it sits languishing in the recorder queue until I'm brave enough to see if it's improved... and it hasn't. I loved that show before they recently made it the Paul F. Thompkins Show. I used to laugh out loud all the time and now I just grimmace at the lame writing and pitiful stupid skits. Not a bit funny.
